Help!!

I'm in need of some motiviation, inspiration, or whatever you want to call it. I don't know if it's just PMS-ing or stress, but I'm finding it very hard to be motivated and not go back to my old habits. Help!!

You are a strong, beautiful woman who knows what's best for herself and for her family. You've made too much progress to backtrack now!

Kids are good leaders - put them in charge of your daily workout. They won't let you stop - they'll just keep bugging you and pushing you until you finally do it the way you promised.

When you want to sit, stand. When you want to stand, walk. When you want to walk, run. Energy begets more energy, so pretend you're Nike and JUST DO IT.

Also, think about the cute clothes you get to go shopping for once you've lost the weight. As a matter of fact, I hereby make a pledge. If you make your goal weight by your birthday, I will personally buy you a new outfit in celebration!

And if all else fails, remember you're not stuck at home with a broken coccyx. So, go walk your butt off! ;)
